A Little Spring

I have been having fun re-purposing some neat finds for
the shop!  I think it is one of my favorite things to do!

And, of course, with the onset of spring comes...

BIRDIES and BUNNIES!!

Here is the bird cage I changed up into a bunny cage!

Benjamin bunny hopped right out of the shop!

I stumbled onto this pretty, chippy, white, birdy candle sconce,
and upon seeing the bird, knew it had to have a nest!!

Here is how it turned out:

This little tweet flew right out of the shop, too! {smile}

I have been working on those eggs, and will post about
them soon!  I have been having fun with them!

It's amazing what you can come up with when
you just start thinking a little outside of the box!!
That's not easy for me so I have to...

Bend and stretch, reach for the SKY,
Stand on tippy toes oh so high!

Does anyone out there know where
that little song
came from?

Be the first to tell me
, and I will
send you one of my soon to be released
Organic Lavender Sachets
made from 80-100 year old vintage linen
 and divine French lavender!!

Happee Wednesday!!
Make it a great day!!

Love ya!

Hi my dear Becky...

Oh what sweet and charming little prizes for the home! I love BIRDIES....and would put them on everything if I could. Some dandy Blogland chickie did a little chest with decoupaged birds and branches... It was DEEE.LISH! I wish I had something to do that to.

Hope all is well with you.

My cross still hasn't shown up. I am HEART SICK..... I am not one to buy that kind thing..........TIGHTWAD TILLY.... :-) I have Hawaiian bracelets that I never take off, but those baby's have no clasp.... they aren't going anywhere. And, other than my rings I really don't have anything special so this is a double loss for me. Phooooooey.

Big huggies and lovies dear one!

Oh my goodness--I can see why those treasures flitted right out of your shop.

I can't wait for the blog party--three more days! I hope you have a good time with Mrs. Magpie on Friday--wish I could be there :-)

That line sounds like it might be from a "Barney" song--but it's been a few years since we've tuned into that here, lol!

Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday, Becky!

Hi best friend, Loved this! You are so talented Becky. I was window shopping yesterday in a store that reminded me of you, so many adorable things. They even had little nests with eggs in them.
Hope you're having a good day; we'll connect soon.

Those are beautiful creations Becky! Great job! You are a blessing and so fun to read your posts. The song is from Romper Room and I just barely remember it. The only thing I remember clearly was the host looking through a maginfying glass to name kids out in TV land watching the show. I kept hoping she would say my name:)

Hi Miss Becky,
Loved your 2 new pieces, they came out great!
Love the bunny in the cage, great idea!
I remember singing that song too, but have no idea
who wrote it or anything. Guess I sang it in grade
school.
Cute song tho! Good memory Becky!!
Have fun tomorrow.
Love ya, Nellie

I have a little birdcage with nothing in it. I'm going to find a bunny and add it tomorrow. Thank you for the wonderful idea.
Thank you too for your prayers for my nephew Jordan. They've meant so much to our family. He is improving daily. It is such a miracle that he survived.
Blessings,
Marcia
