Well, my pumpkin making has slowed down a
bit, which is giving me an opportunity to do some
of my other favorite things, like making
gift tags!
I have been playing with some
coffee and tea staining on tags
and embellishments.
Here is the first tag I've finished!
It has a little winter/holiday feel to it, but can
be used for any occasion!
The button is handmade clay, and was
created by a delightful young Christian girl, who has
her own Etsy shop. Isn't it charming??

I also embellished a lighter kraft
gift bag, and hand stamped
the tissue paper so it coordinates with
the doily on the bag.
What do you think?
I am considering adding a line of
embellished bags and tags to my
shop. They would sell for $10-$12 a set,
complete with coordinating tissue, and
in different styles.
Let me ask you...
Would you purchase a set like
this for a special gift??

It's very cute, Becky! Love everyting you do. I think it is a great thing to sell. I usually wrap my gifts and decorate them somehow, but if I needed a bag, I sure would consider buying one of yours.

That is a beautiful bag set. It would be like someone giving you two gifts. You could keep it as a keepsake to remind you of the gift and person that gave it to you or you could use it again to give a special gift to someone else!
Becky- it would be a very beautiful line of tags and bags -I`m sure you can sell it -the idea with the stamped tissue are perfect-I normally also makes my own wrappings, but if not I would surely buy those lovely things from your hands.
