OK...I just need to know where
I fit in!
Did you deck your halls for the holidays already?
If so, well, I can't wait to see it all!
If not, you're like me! I took the weekend
off from the shop, and we've had company,
and it's just not done...
or even started.
but I have played a bit with some
vintage holiday baubles...
which is fun and relaxing.
Love me some vintage mercury glass
beads...a definite fave!
Tomorrow I will get up in the attic
and do the annual pass down of boxes to my
strong hubby, and begin the process
of decking our halls!
Fa-La-La-La-La
La-La-La-La!
Can't wait to get started, and
fill our home with lights and sparkles!
Have a wonderful week,
and share some cheerful holiday
spirit with those you see!
Hugs,
Becky

the kids just left, and my house is a wreck, but what am I doing? why, unpacking boxes and trying to get started! Have a fun Sunday!! xoxo
No, I haven't. Actually it's the 4th year in a row that I haven't the opportunity to make our beautiful tree, but I do hope we'll have a home next year so we can make one!:)
Can't wait to see all the fabulous decorations around Blogland, though. They make me feel happy.
Come and enter my giveaway! :)

We decked our halls on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving and I just did a blog post earlier today with that exact title...Decking the halls!
Enjoy!
I've started, but nowhere near complete. Actually, I've barely left the starting line.
I did start, Becky, but my son was here visiting for Thanksgiving and I felt bad so I would just do little bits. My plan is to have it finished by mid-week and then call it done. I like what I've got so far, but I had so much inspiration pinned in Pinterest. Not sure that I will get to do all that I wanted to, but I'll be happy enough with what I get finished up.
Becky have fun decorating! Can't wait to see it all! I am done I simplified this year and had nature do most of the work! I am enjoying this look.

Oh no, Becky! I never even start until 2 weeks before Christmas. This is how we did it growing up and I have stuck with that! Looking forward to seeing your pictures! xxxx, Janice
I love mercury glass too, Becky! Sounds like you enjoyed a well deserved break this weekend! I've gotten a few Christmas decorations out, it takes me awhile to get it all done!
Lovely baubles! Oh, for some mercury glass!
The past few years I have hauled all the decor out on Black Friday! This year some of the boxes are out but none of the decor is up yet - I set up at a Craft Market on Sat. so I'm catching up from that - this week it all goes up though!
Hi Becky, Yes, I started Black Friday with the help of my sweet hubby carring the tubs of decor down from the attic. And, it's done. Everything is shiny and glittered. Today I took a break. Now it's back to the studio. Looking forward to visiting your pretty decor too.
Have a special week.
Hugs, Celestina Marie

I am staring at all the full bins.
Tomorrow I shall open them and the excitement will get me motivated.

Hi Becky, With two kittens who play with almost everything, there won't be much Christmas decoration in our living room or the hall way this year. I have started to decorate my studio though.
Your little vignette is beautiful. Doilies, silver and white ornaments, pearls - just everything I love.
Hugs,
Julia
I have started--the mantle has been done over a week and I have crafted a few things--but time is getting away from me! Enjoy your decorating :) I can't wait to see!
