A Few Pretty Things

Took a little time today to
play with a few favorites from my button collection, and some of my goodies from Michelle.

Hope you enjoy seeing them!

One of my favorite purchases ever are these
charming little vintage French tart tins!

Snagged them at The French Nest in Orlando,
when I was hanging out with Carol,
a couple of years ago.

Wish I could find some more of the
vintage mattress buttons!! Such a
great look!

Another favorite is this adorable crown Abby created!

These little cuties came with a
surprise on the back!

They were made in France in
the early 1900's, and one of the
workers used the card to write down
all the ailments a cold pack could cure!

The funny thing is the writing is in English, and appears to have been written prior to the buttons being stitched on!

Just love little surprises like this!

Oh and the next time you find yourself stricken with hysteria, just apply a cold pack, ok?

Wink!

Joy and Hugs,

'Sew' pretty Becky! Love those buttons and the trinkets from dear Michelle. Abby's so talented with that crown, too.
Too funny about a cold pack for hysteria - guess it's meant to cool someone down. :)

I love your beautiful arrangements of a few of your favorite things!

Becky...What a beautiful post!

Such pretty little treasures, Becky! "Appendicits"? Gosh, I wish I would have know that a cold pack would have worked before I had that emergency appendectomy a few years ago. : ) Have a wonderful weekend and a Happy Easter! Give your little "bunnies" lots of hugs!

Becky, thank you for your sweet note.

I didn't get the text for some reason. Not sure why. I will check my phone and see if I somehow missed it.

I will try and email you. I have lost your number.

Happy Easter, my friend!

Love you...
